How much soup does one pack make?+
Each pack makes approximately 250ml of soup — a generous single bowl. Add more or less water to adjust thickness to your liking.
Why is there a small amount of sugar?+
A trace of sulphur-free sugar (0.05g per 250ml serving) balances the earthy mushroom and pepper notes — nothing hidden, nothing excessive.
Is this really 70% mushroom?+
Yes. Button mushroom is the lead ingredient by weight, which is why the soup tastes genuinely mushroom-forward — not like a flour-thickened proxy.
Do I need hot water for the soups?+
Warm water gives the best bowl experience, but room-temperature water works — just stir a little longer until smooth.
Can I make only part of the pack?+
Yes. Portion what you need, reseal the rest, and store the dry powder in an airtight container.
