Where we deliver
We deliver within Ireland to addresses with a valid Eircode entered at checkout. Delivery fees depend on whether your Eircode falls in our Dublin delivery area.
Dublin delivery area
Your order is treated as Dublin-area if the Eircode starts with D, or the routing key is one of: A41, A42, A45, K34, K36, K45, K56, K78.
In that area: delivery is €2.99 when goods total under €50, and free when goods total €50 or more (after any applicable discount).
Rest of Ireland
Outside the Dublin delivery area, a flat packaging fee of €3.99 applies. There is no separate delivery fee line for these orders under our current checkout rules.
Timing and risk
We aim to pack and dispatch promptly after payment confirmation (or COD confirmation). Delivery windows can vary by area and carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, except where Irish consumer law requires otherwise.
Please ensure someone can receive the order or that the address is suitable for safe delivery. Contact us at once if a parcel is missing or damaged.
Incorrect address
Fees and failed-delivery costs arising from an incorrect address or Eircode you supplied may not be refundable. Email us at info@simpletruefoods.com if you spot an error before dispatch.
