Agreement
These terms govern your use of simpletruefoods.com and any purchase from Simple True Limited, trading as SimpleTrue Foods. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms and our related policies (Privacy, Cookies, Shipping, Pricing, Refund, Returns & Cancellation, and Intellectual Property).
Who we are
Simple True Limited sells pantry foods online in Ireland. Contact: info@simpletruefoods.com.
The website
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We may correct errors and update stock or pricing without notice. The site is for personal, non-commercial browsing unless we agree otherwise (for example restaurant or private-label supply).
Orders
Submitting a checkout form is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm the order by email or other message, or when we begin packing/shipping. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud) and will notify you and arrange a refund of any amount already paid where applicable.
You must provide accurate contact and delivery details, including a valid Irish Eircode for delivery calculations.
Payment
We accept Revolut payment and cash on delivery (COD) as offered at checkout. Revolut orders remain awaiting payment until we match payment to your order reference. COD orders are paid on delivery; please have the correct amount ready where possible.
Food products
Our products are foods. Always check labels for allergens and storage instructions. Freeze-dried and pantry items are intended for normal household use according to the preparation guidance on the product page or pack.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Irish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under EU or Irish law.
